John Wallwork was the first surgeon in the world to perform a triple transplant operation - heart, lungs and liver. During his career he carried out thousands of operations, saving and extending the lives of many people. He retired earlier this year and spoke to Inside Out about a lifetime of medical achievements, and gave exclusive access to follow his final operation at Papworth Hospital in Cambridgeshire. Dr Alice Roberts narrates the story of the pioneering heart surgeon.
