Rashid and Saabiyah from 'Make Bradford British'
Can you trust the authorities back home if something goes wrong? Plus Nihal chats to Rashid, Saabiya, Audrey and Maura from Make Bradford British.
At 1, Can you trust the authorities back home if something goes wrong?
Back in December we had the artist and DJ Sabotage on the programme. He was talking about the kidnap of his Uncle and Cousin in Pakistan. They were setb free this week after his family negotiated his uncle and cousin's release. However, Sabotage is left angry and accuses the authorities of not doing enough.
But in a country where political instability and drone attacks are daily, do you think Pakistan has too much pressure to get it right all the time? Or do you think that authorities just don't care enough about the safety of their people? Do stories of kidnap and robberies put you off from visiting family back home? Or do you think that issues like this exist world over?
At 2, Nihal chats to Rashid, Saabiya, Audrey and Maura from the Channel 4, two-part series 'Make Bradford British'. Call Nihal and tell him what you think it means to be British.
The programme was trending all over. And we have four of the eight guests featured on the show in a studio chatting to Nihal. Did you watch the programme? Did you agree with Saabiyah when she said that prayers can be said anywhere? Did Rashid's compromise touch your heart? Or do you think that racism is part and parcel of British society and is here to stay? Call Nihal and tell him what you think.
