Lucy Owen tackles the problem of dog mess. Rhodri Owen hears from dog owners themselves. And Rick O'Shea gives his take on the astronomical price of Six Nations tickets.

We meet another unhappy customer of Newport builder Stephen Roberts, who left former army doctor Tom Cayless counting the cost of hiring him to renovate his first home. Now property developer Charly Tabash says he's also struggled to get Roberts's firm to finish a job he paid tens of thousands of pounds for.

Lucy heads to the beach at Tywyn in Gwynedd where local businessman Mike Stevens wants to tackle the problem of dog mess by issuing charges to irresponsible owners, and Rhodri meets the dogs' owners in Blaenau Gwent who are angry they're being slapped with fines for exercising their dogs in an exclusion zone which they say isn't clearly signposted.

Rugby pundit Rick O'Shea gives his take on the astronomical prices some fans end up paying for Six Nations tickets after Jonathan Eastwood from Porthmadog shows Lucy that some online retailers charge supporters hundreds of pounds over face value to see the big games.

And Lucy's on the case in Abergavenny to help Andy Collett and Sarah Williams, whose holiday insurance didn't pay out after Sarah was diagnosed with cancer.
