When Ceri Evans from Neath got a phone call from a company called We Fight Any Claim, she believed that parting with almost seven hundred pounds in upfront fees would be worth her while. She says she was told she could be eligible for over two thousand pounds as repayment for being mis-sold insurance. But eighteen months on there's no sign of a payout or her fees back. Rachel Teadaway-Williams asks why claims management companies are being allowed to make promises which just aren't true.
Aaron Marshall from Newport was completely baffled when he started to receive letters from his bank demanding repayment for debts he'd never incurred. Lucy finds out how a bank error led to months of misery in a case of mistaken identity.
