David Dimbleby presents election night coverage as results come in from around the country. These elections are a critical test of both national and local political opinion. Once the polls have closed, the count begins and the fate of thousands of local councillors in England, Scotland and Wales is decided. We'll ask who has won the titanic battle to be mayor of London, and which cities in England have voted to have a mayor of their own.
