Should you avoid visiting countries considered to be racist? Plus Nihal speaks to panellists from the Asian House Festival of Asian Literature about women in power and politics.
At 1, Nihal asks - Should you avoid visiting countries that are considered being racist?
Thousands of England fans are expected to go and support the England football team in Poland and the Ukraine.
But with the start just weeks away, Asian and Black supporters have been warned by neo nazi's in Ukraine, they face violence if they travel there. Even the family of England and Arsenal forward,Theo Walcott say they won't be going. The foreign office have also adviced ethnic minority fans travelling to Ukraine to be extra vigilant.
So do you think this will put Asian fans off from going out to support England? How will this impact the team?Have you travelled abroad and faced a racist backlash from locals? Do you avoid going to countries that have a reputation for being hostile? Or do you think that a few bad experiences should't stop anyone from exploring the big wide world? A woman has filed for divorce after her husband failed to update his relationship status on facebook. A bit extreme but we know that this has been an issue for amny couples. So come on tell us, are you currently trying to get your partner to change their status? Why won't he or she change it? Do you suspect something sinister? Or are you being insecure and paranoid if you want that status changed?
