Asian parenting methods the best?

Are traditional Asian ways of parenting the best way to bring up your children? Plus Dr Pritpal Ruprai is the week's guru.

At 1, Nihal asks 'Are traditional Asian ways of parenting the best way of bring up your children?'

A new study has found that Asian children are less likely to die from cot death than those from the white population. The report says this is to do with the parenting habits of Asian parents and also their smoking and drinking habits.

Do Asians move the children out of the marital bedroom later? How long did you have your child in your room? What age did they have their own space? Are Asian parents less likely to engage in techniques like controlled crying and let children have a more relaxed upbringing?

Later in the show, Dr Pritpal Ruprai is this weeks Guru. If you have any health related questions, get in touch.
