Nuisance sales calls are on the up according to a new study, with Scots being subjected to an average of 50 a year. There's calls for the Government to tighten legislation to crack down on cold calling and protect personal details. Whether it's recorded and automated messages, sales or research calls or scam text messages, most of us have to put up with this modern communication pest.

Kirsty Warks asks if enough is being done to stop nuisance calls? Should we take more responsibility to guard our details? Or are companies just trying to drum up business and make do in the recession like the rest of us?

And a message in a bottle has been found after a record 97 years and 309 days in the North Sea. It's the second such find by the Shetland fishing vessel Copious, who picked the postcard up ten nautical miles from where it was released in 1914. Kirsty asks if you have ever found one and what message you would send in a bottle?
