Kirsty Wark sits in

Kirsty Wark asks whether parents or the government should be responsible for keeping children safe from online pornography.

ChildLine have reported a 34% increase in calls they've received from children upset after viewing online pornography; as compared to last year.
Esther Rantzen, the founder of ChildLine, has renewed her call for 'opt-in' default filtering of this content; and says it should be taken as seriously as protecting children from drink and drugs.

Should parents take their childrens' access to online pornography as seriously as smoking, drinking and drugs?
Is it maybe even time for the government to step in and put a UK-wide block on adult content?
