The three remaining celebrities are sent to the spectacular Criterion restaurant in London's Piccadilly.
The Criterion opened in 1874 and now serves Modern European food. Under the watch of Head Chef Matthew Foxon, the contestants take on their first challenge within a real restaurant setting, preparing dishes for paying customers. Under the pressure of the professional kitchen though, using unfamiliar ingredients and techniques, cracks begin to appear as the celebrities fight to keep on top of customer orders.
The second task comes in the form of the Head Chef's popular dish, as the celebrities are asked to recreate his signature 'Trio of Crab', including crab risotto, crab cake and a crab salad. With the pressure on to match the precise taste and look of the dish, will the celebrities be able to recreate every component to Chef's exacting standards?
