Two British men wanted by the US authorities - both suffering from Asperger's - are facing very different treatments.
Syed Talha Ahsan has been extradited to the States - to face the American justice system. Gary McKinnon is - and will remain - in Britain, after the Home Secretary blocked his extradition yesterday.
