Do you rely on sleeping pills and tranquilisers? Around one in six people in the UK are taking them at any one time. The BMA is now reviewing how they are prescribed.

Do you rely on sleeping pills or tranquilisers? Almost eighteen million prescriptions for the drugs were written last year and now the British Medical Association and National Treatment Agency for Substance Misuse are reviewing how they're prescribed. Victoria hears from one man who was addicted to tranquilisers for 10 years.

Also a British soldier has been shot dead by a rogue member of the Afghan National Army. So called insider attacks are on the increase - but a NATO spokesperson tells Victoria that it's hard to find a clear pattern.
