Is it time the government introduced new laws to crack down on rogue bailiffs, and the 21-year-old running an orphanage in Kenya who was attacked by armed robbers carrying machetes.
The government's under increasing pressure to introduce legislation to govern the way that bailiffs operate in England and Wales. Campaigners say a voluntary code of conduct, which was toughened up last January, isn't working. Victoria speaks to people who've had experience of bailiffs over the past year.
Also Victoria speaks to a British woman running an orphanage in Kenya, who says she won't leave the children who in her care, even after she was dragged from her bed by armed robbers. 21 year old Gemma Steele helped build St Jerome's Childrens Home in Nakuru when she was 17 and has been involved in running the home and raising money for it ever since. But last week the orphanage was attacked by masked men with machetes who tied up staff, threatened the children and stole all the money held on the premises.
