This week, Johnnie launches I Was There, in which we celebrate the seminal live performances of the 1970's, as recorded and distributed in the golden age of the Live Album. Kicking off right at the start of the decade with The Who: Live At Leeds from 1970, Johnnie tells the story behind the recording and digs out contemporary reviews alongside the memories of those who were there.

Also on the show Roger Chapman from the band Family remembers touring with Elton John, the band's raucous farewell tour and picks some of his favourite 70's tracks.
