Is affordable housing being built where it is needed? Why a multimillionaire has partnered with local authorities to help those with disabilities. And surfing the Wiggenhall Wave.

Councils are turning to greenfield sites to meet demand for affordable housing, but are they building the right houses where they're needed? Nikki Fox examines plans across the East. Self-made multimillionaire Matthew Newbury has set up a project to help people with disabilities. Matthew himself lost his leg in a car accident. In partnership with local authorities and effort from his own building company he's helping transform a house for little Grace from Norfolk, who lost her limbs after meningitis. David Whiteley surfs Fenland's very own tidal wave. The Wiggenhall Wave is one of only fifty tidal bores in the world. Under the right conditions water rushes the wrong way up the river. The wave has given four villages their names and has shaped the community there over 1000 years.
