Nihal asks whether arranged marriages are more likely to last than love matches and photographer Sean Smith talks about his current exhibition on Iraq.
At 10, Nihal's asking, are arranged marriages more likely to last than love marriages? Amar and Beant Bilkhu from Nottingham are celebrating their seventieth wedding anniversary. They had an arranged marriage in India and met each other for the first time on their wedding day. Parents of most of the people listening to this programme would have had an arranged marriage, whereas its fair to say that nowadays love marriages are far more common. Do you think that we've lost something? Are arranged marriages still relevant today? Or are love marriages the way forward?
After 11, it's been 10 years since the Iraq war. Nihal will be speaking to award-winning photographer, Sean Smith about his exhibition of Iraq photographs that is currently on display at the Imperial War Museum in Manchester. What are your thoughts on the war 10 years down the line?
