The family of an innocent bystander shot dead in London whilst out celebrating her 24th birthday speak of their heartbreak. Police believe Sabrina Moss was simply "in the wrong place at the wrong time" when she was killed last month. She was standing outside a kebab shop when she is believed to have been caught in cross fire. Victoria speaks to Sabrina Moss's cousin Natasha McIntosh, who was also one of her closest friends, and to her uncle Emmanuel Flavius.
Plus an inquiry into the death of a two year old boy, who was murdered by his mother in Birmingham, finds that the city's authorities missed a significant number of opportunities to intervene.
