Why are one in five Special Constables handing in their warrant cards? And a Taliban veteran says they expect to seize power when Nato troops leave Afghanistan.
The man in charge of Special Constables in England and Wales tells 5live he wants to reduce the number of volunteer officers quitting the force. It's emerged twenty percent are handing in their warrant cards every year. We speak to current and former Special Constables about the pros and cons of the job.
Also - we hear an interview with a man said to be a Taliban commander. He claims the Taliban will take over Afghanistan when NATO troops leave in 2015. We analyse what he says and speak to the Mirror journalist who interviewed him.
