Fantasia

Walt Disney's groundbreaking film, featuring animations set to classical music conducted by Leopold Stokowski. Includes the Sorcerer's Apprentice and Dance of the Hours.

Walt Disney's ambitious milestone in film animation, featuring vignettes set to classical music performed by the Philadelphia Orchestra and conducted by Leopold Stokowski.

From the much-loved Sorcerer's Apprentice, in which Mickey Mouse dons a wizard's hat and commands a broom to do his chores, to the ballet-dancing ostriches and hippos of Dance of the Hours and the experimental abstract forms of Toccata and Fugue in D Minor, each piece is brought to life in a unique way. Also includes the Nutcracker Suite, the Rite of Spring, the Pastoral Symphony, Night on Bald Mountain and Ave Maria.
