Wales's only NHS weight management clinic is at the frontline of our battle with the bulge. We follow three of the clinic's patients over six months, from 37 stone Les who struggles to walk but is sent to exercise classes; to nurse Rachel whose size now stops her doing her normal job on the wards; and wedding DJ Mark who's so overweight he is hoping for surgery to remove most of his stomach. Can the clinic's charismatic lead consultant Dr Nadim Haboubi turn their lives around by helping them to lose weight?
