Roy Jenkins meets a couple with a particular reason for observing Inter Faith week which has been marked again this year with a series of events around Wales. Omer Williams had a Gospel Hall upbringing in Swansea and became a Muslim at the age of 17.听 Shereen his Indonesian born wife is currently Regional Community Cohesion Coordinator for East Gwent.听 Both have spent much of their married life seeking to build bridges between different faith communities and dispelling misunderstanding.听

Roy is also joined by Dr. Olive Frost, from Holywell.听 She spent ten years teaching in a medical school in Zimbabwe and trained midwives in Sierra Leone. She also went to Afghanistan when the Taliban were in power and was drawn to the former soviet republic of Central Asia. At 75 she continues to travel abroad advising on the prevention and treatment of HIV and Aids.听
