Judith Ralston sits in for Jamie MacDougall and composer James Macmillan announces the line up for the Cumnock Tryst Festival, plus brass quintet Pure Brass play live.

Composer, James Macmillan, announces the line up for the Cumnock Tryst Festival and will perform one of his compositions 'Scots Song' with his daughter, Catherine. The brass quintet, Pure Brass, will play three pieces, live in the studio.

Richrd Michael - regular contributor to 大象传媒 Radio Scotland's Jazz House will share one of his favourite pieces of classical music with us and shows how the links between great musical pieces can straddle genres.

Andrew Manze talks about his up coming performance of Vaughan Williams' Sea Symphony with the 大象传媒 SSO.
