Gary Lineker presents live coverage as Italy take on Costa Rica in Recife. England's Group D rivals have only met once before, with the Azzurri winning a friendly 1-0 in 1994 thanks to a Giuseppe Signori goal. Current coach Cesare Prandelli has moulded an Italian side with blend of experience and youth. Veteran passing maestro Andrea Pirlo has lit up recent tournaments, while striker Mario Balotelli has the talent to be explosive on the international stage. Costa Rica are captained by Fulham's Bryan Ruiz.
