Mahan Esfahani, Carducci Quartet

With Mahan Esfahani (harpsichord) performing Couperin and WF Bach, Marc-Andre Hamelin (piano) performing his own work and the Carducci Quartet in Shostakovich.

This week's lunchtime concerts come from the Cheltenham Festival, performed by the former 大象传媒 New Generation Artist and baroque keyboard player Mahan Esfahani, the award winning Carducci Quartet, along with the pianist Marc-Andr茅 Hamelin. Today's concert features music by Couperin, WF Bach, Hamelin and Shostakovich, and was performed in two historic settings - the Tithe Barn at Syde Manor, and the Pittville Pump Room.
