Each week Don selects a crucial album from his collection. He explains why it means so much to him and features three key tracks. This week it's Buju Banton's 1995 release 'Til Shiloh.
Don says, "Buju came to prominence in Jamaica with a bunch of dancehall singles in the early nineties. In 1992 he even broke Bob Marley's record for most number one singles in a year. It was also the year that, quite rightly, saw him fall from grace around the world following the release of a controversial single that almost destroyed his career. 'Til Shiloh was released in 1995 after Buju embraced Rastafari and marked a shift l towards a more conscious sound. Its impact in the dancehall revived interest in roots reggae.".
