Music 'til Midnight - the best in easy listening sounds and timeless standards performed by the greatest artists from the past 60 years - including singers Seth McFarlane, Dinah Washington and Julie London, plus the instrumental sounds of guitarists Martin Taylor and Tommy Emmanuel as well as pianist George Shearing with Robert Farnon and his Orchestra. This week's featured album is 1619 Broadway, singer Kurt Elling's 2012 project devoted to the songwriters who occupied New York's famous Brill Building in the 1950's and 60's. Featured songs include Barry Mann and Cynthia Weil's I'm Satisfied and Kent Harris' Shoppin' For Clothes. Plus a look back at the work of legendary jazz singer Mark Murphy who died on the 22nd of October.
