Each week, songs are played connected to members of 'The Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame'. In today's programme we feature two acts inducted in 2016. We hear 'I Want You To Want Me (Live)' by Cheap Trick and 'Make Me Smile' by Chicago. In 'A Matter Of Life And Death', we celebrate the birthday on this date in 1943 of Fabian by playing his debut hit 'Tiger'. Paul pays tribute to Kitty Kallen, who has recently died, by featuring her hit, 'Little Things Mean A Lot'. 'It's Not The Same Old Song' highlights 'Bad Boy' by The Jive Bombers and a different song with the same title covered by The Beatles.

In the feature called 'Beyond The Sea', Paul plays a song from a UK artist's biggest-selling album in America. Tonight, we hear tracks from LPs by Humble Pie and Simply Red. 'The Other Number Ones' are records that reached the top of the American chart in 'Cash Box' magazine, but not in the Hot 100 of the other US chart publication 'Billboard'. This week's examples are by Napoleon XIV and Gary Wright.

Our R&B number ones are from 1969 and now by Tyrone Davis and Tyrese. We hear Country number ones from 2008 and this week by Taylor Swift and Thomas Rhett. Our featured past and present Rock number ones are by R.E.M. and Twenty One Pilots. The number one album is 'Death Of A Bachelor' by Panic! At The Disco and 'Love Yourself' by Justin Bieber is the best-selling song for a third week.
