For the very first time a ground-breaking unit in London lets the cameras in to find out what life is like for a teenage boy living in a girl's world.
17-year-old Charles has anorexia. He's battling to meet his target weight, and pass his GCSEs, before he has to leave the unit for good when he turns 18.
Eating disorders kill more people than any other mental health illness. Hospital admissions are going up and it's not just a female problem. Research suggests one in four people with an eating disorder is male; but experts say too few are getting the help they need because it's seen as a 'girls' condition'.
