In theory we go on holiday to relax and unwind so why do we often end up more stressed by the packing, organising, travelling and keeping everyone happy? Susie Greaves from Psychologies Magazine tells Gillian Russell about the impact this pre-holiday stress can have on our health and advises on how best we can avoid it.
