Carolyn Quinn's panellists are Conservative former minister, Mark Harper, Labour's Andy McDonald and Lib Dem peer Lynne Featherstone. She also interviews Cardinal Vincent Nichols.

Carolyn Quinn is joined by the Conservative former minister, Mark Harper; the Shadow Transport Secretary Andy McDonald; and the Lib Dem peer and former MP, Lynne Featherstone. They discuss the continuing debate on the government's legislation to trigger Article 50, and look ahead to events coming up this week at Westminster, with the Spectator journalist Isabel Hardman. The programme includes an interview with the head of the Roman Catholic Church in England and Wales, Cardinal Vincent Nichols - who criticises President's Trump's travel restrictions on refugees and migrants from some Muslim countries. And Sam Macrory reports on how being Home Secretary, and dealing with difficult issues such as terrorism, shapes those who hold the office and may have influenced Theresa May's approach to being Prime Minister.
