Carolyn Quinn is joined by Conservative MP Conor Burns, Labour's Barbara Keeley and Tommy Sheppard of the SNP for discussion about the Speaker of the Commons and Labour's troubles.

Can the Commons Speaker be regarded as impartial, despite revealing that he voted Remain in the EU referendum? Tory MP Alec Shelbrooke tells Carolyn Quinn that John Bercow should resign over his latest comments. Studio guests Conservative Conor Burns, Labour health spokeswoman Barbara Keeley and Tommy Sheppard of the SNP, discuss that - and the challenge facing Labour in the forthcoming Stoke and Copeland by-elections. They're joined by Kate McCann of the Telegraph. The former older people's champion and Labour peer Joan Bakewell puts forward her ideas for funding care of the elderly - telling the programme that taxes will have to go up. And John Beesley reports from Shetland, on why members of the fishing community there regard Brexit as a "sea of opportunity".
