Music 'til Midnight - Moira Stuart showcases the best in easy listening sounds and timeless standards performed by the greatest artists of the past 60 years. Including singers Buddy Greco, Peggy Lee, Kevin Mahogany, Dee Dee Bridgewater and Shirley Horn. This week's featured album is singer Catherine Russell's Grammy nominated 2016 release, Harlem On My Mind. The inspiration for the album came from her father Luis Russell, who was for many years Louis Armstrong's musical director and her mother Carline Ray, bassist with The International Sweethearts of Rhythm. All of the songs on the album have a strong connection with Harlem's musical heritage and include Swing Brother Swing, Let Me Be The Last To Know and When Lights Are Low.
