Another Late Junction collaboration session uniting artists from different worlds for a day of music-making in the 大象传媒's Maida Vale Studios. This time it was the turn of American composer Peter Broderick and British contemporary artist Peter Liversidge to see what they could create.

Born in 1987, Broderick began his career as a session musician for the likes of M. Ward and Zooey Deschanel, before joining Danish experimental ensemble Efterklang for five years. Meanwhile he has released several albums of solo material, ranging from sparse classical compositions to homemade folk music.

Liversidge, born 1973, is best known for creating proposals for art exhibitions that range from the simple to the impossible. While some remain deliberately unrealised, Liversidge has displayed his work internationally. For the opening of the Tate Modern extension in June 2016, Liversidge presented a choral piece for 500 singers.

For this session the two Peters were joined by multi-instrumentalist David Allred.

Also in the programme, experimental music from the world of Dutch underground synth, by Joost M. de Jong Jr.; and a new recording of unreleased Rip Rig and Panic material from former member Mark Springer.
