Chris is joined by Dr Chris Van Tulleken who tells us what's going on in his two 大象传媒 programmes The Human Body: Secrets of your Life Revealed and How To Stay Young, plus we find out whether or not we should listen to daily health stories. Author and journalist Simon Jenkins tells Chris about going around the country for his new book Britain's 100 Best Railway Stations. Sonja McLaughlan is covering for Vassos while he runs the Spartathlon in Greece and is joined in the Sports Locker by former professional Irish rugby union player Brian O'Driscoll.
