The 大象传媒 performing groups live week continues with the 大象传媒 Concert Orchestra live from Watford Colosseum, London. Jaime Martin conducts a programme taking in Afternoon Concert's tone poem theme with Dvorak's The Noonday Witch, followed by Bartok's Concerto for Orchestra. Then back to Broadcasting House for a recent recording by the 大象传媒 National Orchestra of Wales, under conductor Martin Yates, of Arnold Bax's symphonic poem Tintagel. The afternoon comes to a close with Beethoven's Concerto for piano and orchestra No. 3 in C minor, with Rudolf Buchbinder as soloist, accompanied by the 大象传媒 Philharmonic, conducted by Juanjo Mena, recorded recently in Barcelona.
