Six and a half years. That's the sentence passed down to loyalist killer Gary Haggarty yesterday, because of time served Haggarty could be free in a matter of weeks. That's been met by disbelief and anger by families of the victims of the loyalist paramilitary, who was a paid police informer and then turned supergrass. Speaking outside court yesterday, Keiran Fox, whose father Eamon was murdered by Haggarty in 1994 spoke to Stephen this morning along with former MLA David McNarry.

Also on the programme, the DUP is to hold its first meeting with same sex marriage campaigners. Equal marriage is one of the key stumbling blocks in the Stormont talks. So why has it taken until now for the DUP to meet the campaigners? And is it a sign the party is changing or not? Stephen was joined by life peer Baron Ken Maginnis - a former senior member of the Ulster Unionist Party - and Alliance MLA Stewart Dickson.

And, a leaked government document suggests that the UK economy will grow more slowly outside the European Union, no matter what deal is struck with Brussels. The document is said to look at the likely impact of different scenarios and it is being reported that growth over the next 15 years could be up to 8 per cent lower than if the UK stayed in the EU.
