Jay Rayner and his panel are in the Italianate village of Portmeirion in Wales. Zoe Laughlin, Tim Hayward, Rachel McCormack and Angela Gray answer the questions.

This week the panellists transport themselves (in their imagination) to the Ligurian coast to discuss all things pesto and they have a stab at making their own Radio 4 branded Corzetti.

They also help audience members with queries about using nasturtium seeds in pesto and interesting things to do with oats, and they get a grilling on their favourite foods.

Meurig Jones, Manager at Portmeirion, digs into the history of this fascinating village and Cynan Jones, a local mushroom specialist, creates some intriguing mushroom products in Snowdonia.
