Linda is joined by Patrick and Heidi to make vegetable curry. Before cooking, they have to ensure all the ingredients are present. If not, they make a list and go shopping for what's missing. They also learn more about how cauliflowers are grown, then return to the kitchen to make the curry before sitting down to tuck in.

2 uinnean-earraich air an sliseadh
¼ piobar-dearg air a ghearradh na phìosan beaga
50g pònairean-uaine
4 coirce Innseanach beaga
4 buntàta ùr, air an gearradh nan cairtealan
1 spàin bheag taois coiridh leithid mhadras
100g tomàtothan air an gearradh nam pìosan
2-3 gucan càl-colaig

Ro-theasaich an àmhainn gu 180C/350F/Gas 4.

Cuir na stuthan air fad ann an soitheach àmhainn beag le ceann agus measgaich gu math. 

Cuir an ceann air an soitheach agus cuir dhan àmhainn airson 30-40 mionaidean gus am bith am buntàta bruich.

Vegetable Curry

SERVES 1

2 spring onions, sliced
¼ fresh pepper, chopped 
50g/2oz green beans, trimmed
4 baby sweetcorn 
4 baby new potatoes, quartered 
1 tsp madras curry paste 
100g/3½oz chopped tomatoes 
2-3 fresh cauliflower florets   

METHOD
Preheat the oven to 180C/350F/Gas 4. 

Put all of the ingredients and 125ml/4fl oz water into a small lidded ovenproof dish and mix until well combined. 

Cover with the lid and bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes, or until the potatoes are cooked through.
