The Reverend Kate Bottley presents ethical and religious issues, with guests and spiritual music.

Following her own experience with depression, Ruby Wax delved into the working of the human mind as an Oxford University academic. With a Master's degree in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy behind her, Ruby's latest book, 'How To Be Human' sees her collaborating with a Buddhist monk and a neuroscientist. They promise to answer every question you've ever had about: evolution, thoughts, emotions, the body, addictions, relationships, kids, the future and compassion.

Rachel Mann is an Anglican priest and poet. She has based her Lent book, ‘From Now On’, on ‘The Greatest Showman’. Rachel says the vibrant world of the circus and the film’s catchy songs may seem far removed from the traditional values of Lent but it explores some universal themes that can be found in the Bible and our own lives including home, acceptance and rejection, community and family.
