Film-maker Martin Read has chronic insomnia and hasn't slept properly for more than 30 years. He's on a mission to find answers and hope from the UK's leading experts. Over four months, Martin and four fellow sufferers track their progress as they test different treatments, all in pursuit of the good night鈥檚 sleep they desperately crave.
