Classically trained musician and Hip Hop lover Nicholas Morant aka Nikitch is joined by Jazz trumpeter Kuna Maze to highlight their love of the L.A. beats scene. The collaboration between Nicolas Morant aka Nikitch and Brussels-based producer Edouard Gilbert aka Kuna Maze began when the duo met at the Chambery Jazz Conservatory in France. Before attending university to study jazz, both artists had trained in classical music while growing up in the Lyon countryside. The abundance of genre hopping and willingness to try new things led to the 'Mush' EP, released in March on the almighty Tru Thoughts label. These guys see a boundary, they eat a boundary, and wash it down with cup of hot steamy rules (thanks to Howard Moon for the quote there).
