Gather the family around for 2 hours of movie musical wonderment, Jack Savoretti will look back and forward to those Christmas films that we can all enjoy. Through archives and anecdotes including the classics like 鈥淲izard of Oz鈥�, 鈥淕remlins鈥�, 鈥淗ome Alone鈥� and 鈥淢uppet Christmas Carol鈥� with many surprises along the way. He鈥檒l be your personal guide to the films shown over the Christmas period and generally add a sprinkle of fairy dust to your day.

Jack is no stranger to Radio 2 having played numerous live sessions including Ken Bruce鈥檚 Radio 2 Piano Room, Dermot O鈥橪eary (Saturday鈥檚, 8am 鈥� 10pm) and Jo Whiley (7pm 鈥� 9pm). The Italian-British acoustic singer began playing guitar at the age of 16, he鈥檚 released five studio albums to date, his most recent album, Singing To Strangers, features co-writers with the likes of Bob Dylan and Kylie Minogue and went to number one in the UK Album Charts.
