On one of the busiest sporting days of the year, cricket commentator Mark Nicholas takes a look back at the sporting achievements and musical moments of 2019, alongside studio guests England鈥檚 Cricket World Cup Winning captain Eoin Morgan and Keane鈥檚 frontman Tom Chaplin. He鈥檒l be talking to this year's Sports Personality Of The Year, Ben Stokes who hit the winning stroke and was so influential in securing the Cricket World Cup.

Sir Tim Rice, explains why he had to leave the World Cup before the finish due to a Royal Appointment and Sir Ian Botham praises the efforts of the current 50-50 Side. Gary Lineker talks all things Football including the 4 English sides to compete in the finals of the European Cups which is the first time any one country has achieved that feat. England Football Star Raheem Sterling who helped Manchester City secure an unprecedented domestic treble calls in. And fresh from her Strictly Come Dancing appearance England and Arsenal star Alex Scott, looks at the England woman's football team.
