The former head of CEOP, a national crime agency body tasked with safeguarding children against abuse, says lessons must be learnt from the death of Derry toddler Kayden McGuinness. Twenty-five-year-old Liam Whoriskey is beginning a seven-and-a-half-year jail sentence for child cruelty and the manslaughter of the three-year-old.
