Return Belfast Zoo's animals to their natural habitats within 5 years - that's the call from Sinn Fein as they claim attraction costs ratepayers 拢2.5 million per year.

Last night Sinn Fein's council motion on the future of Belfast Zoo was referred to a council sub-committee for consideration. Currently the council subsidises the zoo at a cost of 拢2.5m each year and Sinn Fein councillor Conor Maskey has called for the site to be transformed into a "world class visitor attraction" which would not include what he describes as the 'wrong' and 'unethical' practice of displaying caged animals. What should be the future of the zoo? Stephen spoke to Sinn Fein councillor Conor Maskey, Alliance Party councillor Nuala McAllister, travel writer and commentator Tim Hedgley and animal rights campaigner Daniel Barclay.

Also on the programme, should we ban all advertising for gambling on TV and online? That's the call from some MPs who are backing a Commons motion urging the Government to act. In December 2018 - some of the biggest gambling companies voluntarily agreed to a "whistle-to-whistle" television advertising ban. But is it time to step it up and remove all betting ads from TV and online? And what about football shirts? Stephen heard from caller Lee - who told him about his own battle with gambling addiction - and we got the views of Luke Gittos from Spiked and commentator Fionola Meredith.

And, the PSNI has launched a new recruitment campaign today. It comes amid ongoing concerns over its ability to increase numbers of Catholic officers. But could a return to 50-50 recruitment be the answer? The Justice Minister Naomi Long says she's willing to consider it. Stephen spoke to Naomi Long, SDLP MLA Dolores Kelly and DUP MLA Mervyn Storey.
