Sinn Féin call on church leaders and civic society to put pressure on the British government for more cash for Stormont.

Sinn Fein have called for support from church leaders and civic society in asking the British Government for more money.

But the question is - why are they asking for money after they signed up to the Stormont deal last month?

Is it a sensible call? Or does it smack of desperation? And who is going to listen to them now that the Executive is up and running?

What do you make of that? And perhaps more importantly - what would the English taxpayer make of that?

Stephen spoke with Commentator Andre Walker, Ben Lowry of the Newsletter and NI Labour member Phil Kelly.

Also on the programme, Animal rights group calls for ban on the word ‘pet’ to describe animals. Plus, the UK has officially left the EU. Is it something to celebrate for unionists in NI?
