On International Women's Day some of our top sporting heroines have tips for Rev Kate Bottley ahead of her Radio 2 Dare2Tri Challenge for Sport Relief.

On International Women's Day and ahead of her Radio 2 Dare2Tri Challenge for Sport Relief, Rev Kate Bottley talks to some of the most inspirational women in sport. From faith to raw ambition, she finds out what drives them to be the best and what inspiration we can all take from their hard work, self-belief and competitive spirit.

Christine Ohuruogo MBE, former 400m Olympic, World and Commonwealth champion was the second British athlete to win medals at three successive Olympics. 25-year-old swimmer, Ellie Simmonds OBE, has won eight medals including 5 golds at three Paralympic Games. And she's training again for Tokyo 2020. World Champion paratriathlete Claire Cashmore MBE is also focused on Tokyo after winning Gold and Silver in Rio in the pool.

Kate will be taking part in the Radio 2 Dare2Tri challenge with Jo Whiley and Richie Anderson from the 11th March.
As she faces three triathlons in three days, Kate talks to these three incredible women who know how to push themselves to the limit, never give up and why 'this girl can'.
