Thomas has come up with a compact, ultra-bright, wirelessly charged LED flashlight that he claims is practically indestructible. To save him from having to reunite odd socks after every wash, Puerto Rican-born Javier has created a sustainable bag that can be popped into the washing machine with dirty clothes inside, keeping them all together. And after being advised to take up swimming to help reduce her blood pressure, Joanne decided to replace her standard swimming cap with a stylish waterproof scarf that ties at the back and stops the water ruining her hair.
Once all three inventors have watched the customer responses and given their own thoughts on the feedback, Lucy reveals who has won the coveted The Customer Is Always Right winner鈥檚 trophy.
