Bestselling author and top parenting vlogger Louise Pentland tells Rev Kate Bottley and Jason Mohammad about 鈥楳um Life鈥�, her new book about what nobody tells you about being a mother.

Louise鈥檚 journey as a Mum has been followed by millions on youtube and social media, following a traumatic first birth, single motherhood, finding new love and welcoming a new baby. Louise wants to shine a light on maternal mental health and tells Kate and Jason why she never wants other Mums to feel alone and how losing her own Mum impacted her life. Plus the role faith plays in her life and how she鈥檚 managed the social media spotlight.

Plus, prison GP Dr Amanda Brown has worked in prisons for 16 years. She tells Kate and Jason the stories of some of the women she鈥檚 met and worked with in Bronzefield women鈥檚 prison, sometimes stories of homelessness, drugs and abuse, but also of hope and new starts.
