Mark and Stuart gear up for a weekend of Carnival celebrations with music and chat

Mark Radcliffe and Stuart Maconie present a feast of great music and chat for weekend breakfast.

Leading up to 6 Music鈥檚 All Day Rave on Monday 31st August, in celebration of what would have been the weekend of the annual Notting Hill Carnival, Mark and Stuart gear up for the carnival vibes. Later in the show they are joined by Marilyn Dennis aka Lady Banton, who co-founded the carnival鈥檚 first all-female sound system. Marilyn chats to Mark and Stuart about carnival memories and her career in music and chooses a selection of classic tracks.

The last half hour of the show is dedicated to Marilyn's chat and track choices and is available to listen again to as a separate episode on 大象传媒 Sounds.
